This website
tidyfieldapps.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ads or tracking scripts. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.
Purchases
Products bought on a Tidyfield website are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. The Confluence app is sold and billed by Atlassian. From either we receive your name, email address, what you bought and the status of your licence or subscription, so we can provide the product, support and refunds. We keep these records for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for as long as tax law requires.
Our mailbox is hosted by Zoho Mail. If you write to us, we keep the conversation and anything you choose to send for up to two years, only to help you.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing privacy@tidyfieldapps.com. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
